Our Bodies are Self-Contained Universes
Running for the feel of the wind in our hair, for the rush of our bodies flying across a field-most of us remember the thrill of this as children.
As adults, we are capable of moving our bodies to feel the same primal vitality, yet many of us have no idea how.
Our bodies are self contained universes that interact with the environment. They interpret who we are, how we live, what we do and where we go. But we don’t always pay attention to what goes on inside our bodies, and instead treat this special universe harshly.
Simply focusing our attention internally energizes our atoms and cells. It stimulates them to move and interact within our body as well as with the world outside.Just as we once ran wild with abandon, we can again enjoy our bodies through the pleasure of movement and sound.
